The inspiration for this fiber art piece was a photo taken by my sister at the Denver Botanic Gardens. The piece measures 16" x 12 1/2".
Details
This fiber art is made up of two layers. The background layer being part of a gazebo and some trees. The overlay of this fiber art piece is the orchid with the leaves. On the orchid are some glass beads stitched on to give it a little misty sparkle. The background piece and the top overlay piece are bound together with the black binding used like a frame.
